⛔️ VIOLATION OF THE FOLLOWING RULES will result in the immediate cancellation of your rental reservation and EVICTION FROM THE CONDO with NO REFUND. ⛔️

The condo is located in a small community and the HOA rules are very important to review.

• No more than the guests on your reservation are allowed to stay at the condo
• No dogs or other pets are allowed
• Quiet hours are daily after 10pm and before 8am.

🚫 Sorry, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Only owners may have pets on the property. If you bring a pet in violation of this rule, you will be asked to leave the condo immediately without a refund.

🐕‍🦺 Per WA state law, all Service Animals must be disclosed. Please let me know if you are traveling with a service animal.

• Be prepared to send me the service animals national registration.
• As the animal provides a necessary service to you or one of your guests it must never be left unattended in the condo.
• If the animal causes any damage to the condo (i.e. chews on furniture, stains carpets or furniture, scratches walls, doors or furniture, etc.) you will be liable and responsible for all repair costs.

🚭 Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes or vapes) indoors is not permitted. This includes all patios. Please go outside if you are going to smoke and make sure the door is closed behind you. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of common areas.

🕐 Pool hours are 8 AM to 9 PM. Do not use the pool outside of these hours.

🥤 No glass cups, bottles, or containers are permitted at the pool. Please use the provided plastic tumblers if you are taking beverages to the pool.

👙 Only registered guests are permitted at the pool. Please do not invite additional guests not staying at your Cabana rental to the pool.

The number of people in the condo shall not exceed 4 people. Any additional guests are prohibited, and may result in immediate EVICTION FROM THE CONDO with NO REFUND.

🪪 All guests staying here must be 25 years of age or above unless they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

💥 Loud, boisterous, or disruptive activities are prohibited. This is a small, tight-knit community, and some of the residents are full-time and not on vacation. Please be mindful of the neighbors below and next door.

🤫 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. Please keep the noise down inside your condo and outside in the hallways, on stairwells, on private patios and the parking lot during these hours.

🚨 A Minut noise decibal monitoring device is installed in the condo, and will notify your host of any excessive noise.

Towels are for use in the rental or at the pool. You are responsible for lost or damaged towels.

Please respect privacy behind the locked hallway storage door.

This home is intended for quiet enjoyment only. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Commercial use of the property for filming, photography, or content creation is not permitted without prior written approval.

Please report any damage to the condo, furnishing, broken or lost items. As this will give us the opportunity to make repairs or replacements prior to our next check-in. Thank you!
