Your front door code will be the last 4 digits of your registered phone number on AirBnB, active by 3:45pm.
Parking:
Your parking spot is inside the first garage marked A-1 on the floor. Use the keypad to open the garage, code is 2468 followed by the up/down red arrows button.
Step 1 - turn North towards the lake
Turn LEFT coming from Seattle or RIGHT if coming from downtown Chelan at the snow cone onto Center St, towards the lake.
Step 2 - take the FIRST LEFT down the driveway
Slowly head straight and take your FIRST LEFT down the driveway before the round about (between Lakeside Villas and the Beach Bungalows).
Step 3 - Locate parking garage
Slowly head straight down the driveway. Your parking spot will be IN the FIRST garage on your left marked A1 in yellow paint on the ground.
Step 4 - Park in front of garage to open it
The keypad will be on the right side frame of the 1st garage.
Enter code 2468, then press the red arrows button twice.
If it doesn't work the first time enter the code again.
To close the garage enter the same code 2468, followed by the red arrows button.
Step 5 - Park in the garage
Please use the garage parking spot provided. Please be advised that the parking spot has specific size limitations. To avoid any inconvenience or damage to your vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle does not exceed the following dimensions:
- Height: 6'3" (75 inches)
- Width: 7'6" (90 inches)
- Length: 18'0" (216 inches)
Vehicles that exceed these dimensions may not fit properly in the parking space provided. Lakeside Property Partners LLC and Lakeside Villas will not be responsible for any damages that occur to vehicles not complying with these size restrictions.
If your vehicle DOES NOT fit in the garage please see the next check-in step for alternate parking options, just know that the garage spot is your only ASSIGNED spot.
Step 6 - Overflow Parking available (if needed)
If you absolutely cannot fit your vehicle in the garage, there are 6 "first come first serve" overflow spots on the west side of the lot.
Continue down the driveway all the way to the dead end past the covered carport.
You can park in ONE of the unmarked 6 spots along the fence. The parking permit hanger can be found in the condo.
If at any point you can not find an overflow spot you can park outside the condo along Center Street, and pay the meter.
OR park in the 48 hour park & ride lot directly across the street from the condos front door next to the bus stop for free.

Step 7 - Close the garage and continue up the stairs
To close the garage enter the same code 2468, followed by the red arrows button.
There is not a direct entry to the condo from inside the garage. You will need to exit the garage, and continue up the stairs to the left of the garage doors.
Step 8 - Follow wood framed stairs to the top floor unit
Take the wood framed stairs UP past the small gate to the 2nd floor unit.
Enjoy the quiet of no one above you!
Step 9 - Enter your door code
Enter your 4 digit code to unlock the door - Your code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number you made your reservation with, and is active by 3:45pm.
To re-lock the door from the outside, simply press the lock icon button at the top center.

Wifi & Parking Pass
You'll find the WIFI password and more instructions hanging in the hall outside the bedrooms.
If you parked in the overflow lot, you can find the parking permit hanger on the fish coat hooks next too the front door. Hang this on your vehicles rear view mirror or place it on the dash to avoid being towed. If you are towed for not displaying this hanger you will be towed at your own expense.
