House Rules
**VIOLATION OF THE FOLLOWING RULES will result in the immediate cancellation of your rental reservation and EVICTION FROM THE CONDO with NO REFUND.**
- For your security, cameras are placed at the exterior of the condominiums. Do not tamper with these cameras.
- Sorry, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Only owners may have pets on the property. If you bring a pet in violation of this rule, you will be asked to leave the condo immediately without a refund.
- Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes) indoors is not permitted. This includes the outside patio. Please step 25 feet away from common areas, outside, if you are going to smoke and make sure the door is closed behind you. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of common areas.
- Pool hours are 9 AM to 10 PM. Adults only from 3 PM to 5 PM daily (even if there are no adults currently at the pool when you want to use it). Please walk to the lake if you have children with you and want to swim between 3 PM to 5 PM.
- The number of people in the condo shall not exceed 7 people, this includes adults, teens, and kids. There are only enough sleeping accommodations for 7 people. If you have an 8th guest that is a baby or toddler a pack and play and crib are available. Any additional guests are prohibited.
- All guests staying here must be 25 years of age or above unless they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
- Loud, boisterous, or disruptive activities are prohibited. This is a small, tight-knit community, and some of the residents are full-time and not on vacation. Please be mindful of the neighbors above, below, or next door.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES:
- Help yourself to the coffee we've provided.
- Towels are for use in the rental or at the pool. You are responsible for lost or damaged towels.
- Please do not eat food in the bedrooms.
- You may use the washing machine and dryer during your stay.
- Please respect privacy behind locked doors and cabinets.
