House Rules

**VIOLATION OF THE FOLLOWING RULES will result in the immediate cancellation of your rental reservation and EVICTION FROM THE CONDO with NO REFUND.**

- For your security, a camera is placed at the entrance to the condo. Do not tamper with this camera.
- Sorry, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Only owners may have pets on the property. If you bring a pet in violation of this rule, you will be asked to leave the condo immediately without a refund.
- Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes) indoors is not permitted. This includes the upstairs patio. Please go outside if you are going to smoke and make sure the door is closed behind you. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of common areas.
- Pool hours are 9 AM to 10 PM. Adults only from 3 PM to 5 PM daily (even if there are no adults currently at the pool when you want to use it). Please walk to the lake if you have children with you and want to swim between 3 PM to 5 PM.
- The number of people in the condo shall not exceed 6 people, this includes adults, teens, kids, toddlers, and infants. Any additional guests are prohibited.
- All guests staying here must be 25 years of age or above unless they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
- Loud, boisterous, or disruptive activities are prohibited. This is a small, tight-knit community, and some of the residents are full-time and not on vacation. Please be mindful of the neighbors above, below, or next door.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES:
- Help yourself to the coffee and breakfast bars we've provided.
- Towels are for use in the rental or at the pool. You are responsible for lost or damaged towels.
- Please do not eat food in the bedrooms.
- You may use the washing machine and dryer during your stay.
- Please respect privacy behind locked doors and cabinets.

1 free garage covered parking spot is included! Avoid the traffic, long lines and fees to park your car at Lakeside Park! Additional vehicles can park at the city park & ride a block away. (A second spot may be available upon request.)

This is a completely private stay, with self check in, and check out. There is 1 king bed master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom; 1 queen bed bedroom with a full bath/shower combo right outside the hallfway, and 1 sofa bed in the living room.

This is a one floor, second story condo (use of stairs are required to enter the condo).

We have a 6 guests maximum, as we only provide sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests. A GUEST is defined as an adults, teenager, child, toddler, baby, and infant - this all aged children & babies do count as a guest. Our HOA limits this condo to a 6 guest maximum in the condo and at the pool. If you have 6 guests and an infant/baby (i.e. 12 months old or younger) please mention this in your booking request and a pack & play can be provided.

Our HOA guest limit rules are strictly enforced. Any additional (not approved) guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of (6 guests).

NO PETS are permitted in the condo. I love dogs! However renters are not permitted by our HOA to have dogs on the property. This is a rule instituted by the full time residents to keep the harmony around the community, and the grounds clean. If you attempt to sneak a pet in, this is a clear violation to our set rules and you will be asked to leave with no refund. If you have a service animal, please let me know ahead of time so I can inform the community as I know many service animals do not perform obvious tasks. Please be prepared to provide documentation upon request.

Most every check in is on the same day as the previous check out. So we have a limited window to get the laundry done, and condo cleaned. To ensure there's enough time to clean and reset the condo for your stay, check in as at 4pm and checkout is at 11am.

Neighborhood overview
When you arrive in Chelan, you can settle down in our quiet and spacious condo which is nestled in a small only tight knit community. This is a top floor condo in a small community (only 12 units). The neighborhood is safe, and neighbors are friendly. Only a couple of the units are rented, so it's a quiet community. The shared pool and sauna are located right outside the front door, and are frequently not in use.

The best part of your stay will be that you're only 100 feet away from the 7 Acre Lakeside Park with over 1400 feet of waterfront, a walking and biking path, boat launch, paddle boarding, water skiing, a playground, and more!

Once you've gotten your fill of the sun, we recommend walking across the street to Sigillo Cellars for wine tasting and panini's.

You'll also be only two miles from historic downtown Chelan where you can do some window shopping in our locally owned eclectic shops, or grab something delicious to eat at a mom and pop restaurant.
