House Rules

**VIOLATION OF THE FOLLOWING RULES will result in the immediate cancellation of your rental reservation and EVICTION FROM THE CONDO with NO REFUND.**

- Sorry, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Only owners may have pets on the property. If you bring a pet in violation of this rule, you will be asked to leave the condo immediately without a refund.
- Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes) indoors is not permitted. This includes the upstairs patio. Please go outside if you are going to smoke and make sure the door is closed behind you. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of common areas.
- Pool hours are 8 AM to 9 PM.
- The number of people in the condo shall not exceed 4 people. Any additional guests are prohibited.
- All guests staying here must be 25 years of age or above unless they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
- Loud, boisterous, or disruptive activities are prohibited. This is a small, tight-knit community, and some of the residents are full-time and not on vacation. Please be mindful of the neighbors below, or next door.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES:
- Help yourself to the local coffee we've provided.
- Towels are for use in the rental or at the pool. You are responsible for lost or damaged towels.
- Please turn off propane after use of the grill.
- Please respect privacy behind locked doors and cabinets.

The space
Enjoy a relaxing stay at our condo less than 1 mile from downtown, and right next to the beautiful sandy beaches of Don Morse Park.

Centrally located for quick access to vineyards, golf, fun at the lake, fishing, water sports, Slidewaters water park, Lady of the Lake boat tours, hiking, downtown Chelan window shopping, and more! Perfect for a couple's getaway or small family weekend.

1 free parking spot is included! Avoid the traffic, long lines and fees to park your car at the lake! Additional vehicle parking is first come first serve at the condo.

This is a completely private stay, with self check in, and check out. There are two queen beds; 1 queen bed in the bedroom, and 1 queen memory foam sofa bed (no springs!) in the living room.

We've gone above and beyond with the amenities to include:

This is a one floor, second story condo (use of stairs are required to enter the condo).
Additional notes
Please note that all guests staying here must be 25 years of age or above, unless they're accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

We have a 4 guests maximum, as we only provide sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests. A GUEST is defined as an adults, teenager, child, toddler, baby, and infant - this all aged children & babies do count as a guest. Our HOA limits this condo to a 5 guest maximum in the condo and at the pool. If you have 4 guests and an infant/baby (i.e. 12 months old or younger) please mention this in your booking request a pack & play can be provided.

Our HOA guest limit rules are strictly enforced. Any additional (not approved) guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of (4 guests).

NO PETS are permitted in the condo. I love dogs! However renters are not permitted by our HOA to have dogs on the property. This is a rule instituted by the full time residents to keep the harmony around the community, and the grounds clean. If you attempt to sneak a pet in, this is a clear violation to our set rules and you will be asked to leave with no refund. If you have a service animal, please let me know ahead of time so I can inform the community as I know many service animals do not perform obvious tasks. Please be prepared to provide documentation upon request.

Most every check in is on the same day as the previous check out. So we have a limited window to get the laundry done, and condo cleaned. To ensure there's enough time to clean and reset the condo for your stay, check in as at 4pm and checkout is at 11am.

Neighborhood overview
Chelan is a sweet town with beautiful views and a hotspot for tourism, especially in the warm summer months. Be prepared for local restaurants and activities to be busy during the peak season- please be kind to the locals! Most everything is within walking or biking distance. This property is right across the street from Don Morse Park, with beach access, a playground, and the city Marina. Miniature golf, a small go-cart track, bowling, walking trails and the beach are definite benefits to this location!
Getting around
Super walkable location to the lake, parks, downtown restaurants and shops. There's also a free Link bus stop across the street (Manson Hwy) from the Cabanas.
